Purpose of Processing Data is processed for: Providing consulting, coaching, and training services Contract fulfillment Invoicing Organizing events Communicating with clients 4. Legal Basis Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). Where special categories of personal data are processed (e.g., in the context of psychological counseling), this is done on the basis of Article 9(2) GDPR. 5. Storage period Data is stored only as long as necessary for the performance of the contract and due to statutory retention periods. 6. Disclosure to third parties Data is only disclosed: if this is necessary for the performance of the contract if there is a legal obligation to external network partners exclusively within the scope of specific projects and while maintaining confidentiality 7. International cooperation In international projects, data processing may take place outside the EU. In this case, appropriate safeguards are ensured in accordance with Articles 44 et seq.
